For 20+ years I worked at the center of organizational change — Sanlam, MTN, M&G and beyond. I trained hundreds of leaders in strategy, agility, and conversations that matter.

And then I realized: the hardest — and most transformative — shift isn’t technical. It’s human. It’s the move from performance to presence. That’s the work I do now.
